Bench hours

The door on Flat Street is locked outside these hours. The oven is off. The phone rings the shop, which we answer when we are open and not when we are not.

Sharpening that you want back the same day has to be in our hands before noon. After noon, it waits for the next open morning. A hold on a pan or a spoon lasts until the next time we lock the door. We do not hold a piece over Sunday or Monday. Call (802) 555-0148 if you are on the way.

We are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, even when one of those dates falls on a Tuesday or a Saturday. The Monday closure still stands on the weeks around them. If Christmas is a Tuesday, Tuesday is dark as well.

If Flat Street is icing and the hill roads are worse, we may close. The phone message will say so. This page will not update itself that morning. When the message and the site disagree, believe the message, then believe the locked door.
