Oven Lark is a tool shop at 48 Flat Street, Brattleboro, VT 05301. The desk mail is desk@ovenlark.shop. The phone is (802) 555-0148. This page is what we actually do, not a policy we copied.

If you call, the shop phone shows your number while we are open. We do not keep a call list for later mailings. If you write the desk address from your own mail, we read that inbox like any other shop inbox. We answer when we can, on open days. We do not add you to a list, and we do not sell or trade names with other shops.

If you pay at the counter, we take cash or a card. The slip shows what the bank already has. We do not store card numbers in a book of our own. Ask if you want a receipt written at the counter. We do not run a mailing list off receipts.

Sharpening uses a tag tied to your scraper or your pan: a name and a phone number, so we know who it belongs to at pickup. The tag is thrown out when you take the tool. It is not a file we keep.

The form on write us is not a mailbox. The site does not run a mail program, does not open a session, and does not set a cookie. The next page reprints your note in your browser and then forgets it. Close the page and we do not have the words. They may remain in your own browser history. That part is yours, not ours.

These pages do not load a tracker, an outside font, or a script we did not write. We do not seek notes from children. The shop sells tools. Some of them are sharp, and the pan handles get hot.
